The Kappa Xi Omega Membership Committee is here to make your reactivation or transfer process as smooth as possible. We’re excited to support you every step of the way!

Are you interested in reactivating with Kappa Xi Omega Chapter?
Please complete the Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form. Use this form if you have been inactive for one or more years. Include your current name, address, chapter of initiation and date, last chapter with which you were active, all previous names used, and financial card number (if available). Submit the form to the Kappa Xi Omega’s Membership Committee plus a money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, chapter dues, fees, and assessments, as applicable.

Are you interested in transferring to Kappa Xi Omega Chapter?
The Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form that documents that an inactive member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule. If you are currently active with a chapter or were last year, you must request a signed Transfer Verification Form from your chapter. Download a Transfer Verification Form by clicking here. If you have been inactive for over one year and do not owe a debt to a former Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha has implemented an Online Transfer Verification Process (OTVP) that chapters are now using. You can reactivate your membership without a physical transfer form if the chapter reports no debt or discrepancy with your record via OTVP. Please use one of the reactivation forms above.

Are you interested in becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated?
The sorority’s official graduate Membership Experience (ME) is by invitation only through one of our local graduate chapters and may not be solicited. Chapters host public events, such as forums, cultural presentations and social activities, which you are welcome to attend to become acquainted with sorority members and their community service activities in your area. College graduates seeking to become members should visit the international website for more information regarding the sorority and qualifications for membership.
